Some positions are based on responsibility without fixed working hours, and there is no overtime pay. (For positions that do offer overtime pay, it is not calculated according to the Labor Standards Act, so employees receive less.) They promise bonuses, but in reality there are no bonuses. The salary paid is different from what was originally discussed (with unexplained deductions from the already underpaid amount). The salary calculation method does not comply with the Labor Standards Act. Asking the HR department is useless (messages are read but left unanswered). Everything is decided by the boss in Yunlin, and employees are only belittled, have their salaries suppressed, and their professional expertise is not valued.
Surveillance cameras are installed inside the office to monitor employees. There is no procurement system, so employees have to pay upfront for everything themselves, while reimbursement takes a long time.
People who work seriously are treated worse than those who slack off and do nothing at work but are good at putting on a show in front of the boss. Kind and capable people who work without complaining are given increasingly more work and are exploited more and more.
Long-term employees do not work, pretend to be busy, and slack off, dumping everything on new employees. New employees who know nothing, or people who work seriously, foolishly work themselves to death.
