If you're thinking of applying, please pay close attention. This company clearly doesn't seriously read applicants' résumés. They go on and on asking you to write why you're suitable, explain your past experience (being able to work independently and also enjoying teamwork), and even attach an execution plan for after you're hired. They never notified me about an interview during the process. In the end, after I sent the execution plan, the response I received was that I didn't have the ability to work independently.
