The lunch boxes are delicious, and there is a lunch allowance subsidy.
The lunch break is 1.5 hours, but if the work cannot be finished, I see people in the same group working throughout their lunch break...
People in other groups start receiving and sending emails before 8 a.m. and do not leave until 8 or 9 p.m. It is a wonderful place that is extremely suitable for learning! The company does not pay overtime; your efforts will be reflected in the year-end amount, provided that you make it to the end of the year.
When I leave at 6:30, the entire floor is still brightly lit! Everyone is reluctant to get off work, which shows how strong the sense of solidarity is! They treat the company as their home.
Although the company provides computers, everyone still places great importance on traditional handwriting. They enjoy copying text and practicing calligraphy! Cultivating the mind and character!
