1. One of the world's top 300 companies, which is good for one's résumé
2. Convenient office location
1. The female general manager conducting the interview was extremely disrespectful to the job candidate. She made the candidate wait for nearly three hours and did not seem apologetic at all. Perhaps being a general manager makes her feel unattainable and caused her to forget basic respect? Or did she think that, as the general manager of a major brand, she could make people wait? Or is this simply the culture of the company?
2. The only question asked during the interview was, “What questions do you have for me?” When the interviewee asked questions, she became unhappy and ultimately dismissed the interviewee by saying, “I think you don't understand fashion” and “You have somewhat misunderstood fashion.”
3. The interview did not include any questions related to professional qualifications. She clearly had no intention of spending time interviewing the candidate and dismissed them in just seven minutes. Why waste each other's long and valuable time?
4. She directly stated that she thought the candidate's previous salary was too high. How could anyone say something so disrespectful? It was simply unbelievable. Without taking the time to understand the candidate's previous work experience, she made such a remark. Her attitude is baffling. If she thinks her time is so valuable, she really should not have opened the position and wasted the candidate's time.
