5. You have to curry favor with people in order to have an easy time.

6. Bai Cha Tai may be suitable for people who lack ambition, want to coast through their days, and don’t care about their salary. The old-timers only want obedient employees who know how to curry favor with them, wag their tails at them like dogs, and never voice any opinions. They don’t value employees who are ambitious or eager to learn.
