The only good thing is the salary, but it’s a base salary of 21,000 plus various allowances that bring it to over 30,000.
The company has good benefits and provides afternoon snacks = you pay for the food yourself every month, and you can’t order drinks because the company prohibits it; if you want something to drink, you have to buy it yourself.
The work system is well established = the official working hours are 7:50 a.m. to 4:50 p.m., but you have to arrive at the company at 7:45 because you have to clean. Also, the lunch break is less than an hour: they wake you up five minutes early, but they don’t let you eat five minutes earlier. Heh, ha ha.
The supervisor is gentle and kind = the supervisor is nice at first, but once you start learning cost calculations, you’ll understand. The supervisor will call you stupid and say there’s something wrong with your head. Cost calculations have to be done by hand; you can’t use any computer programs to enter the data. After you finish calculating, you have to stand next to the supervisor in person and show it to them. If the supervisor is busy, that means your entire day is spent waiting, waiting, waiting…
There are many other things that are too numerous to list. If you want to verify it for yourself, give it a try~
