As a systems engineer, you often work off-site and can arrange your own schedule. The benefits are fairly decent for a company of this size.
The dispatching manager has an average amount of seniority but is extremely incompetent. This person is on the company’s clients’ blacklist, yet is very compliant and favored by the general manager. The authority of a 20-year veteran employee/manager has been sidelined. The entire department is the general manager’s playground for playing court politics. The general manager particularly enjoys winning over new employees and planting informants in the department to report office gossip. They like to create chaos among employees while neglecting important matters, and always magnify and scrutinize trivial, inconsequential issues. Think carefully before choosing this company.
