Can't think of any
The company's management lacks professional competence and is overly concerned with saving face. They make grand promises to clients but push subordinates to deal with problems when they arise.
There is a huge disparity in ability among colleagues. The capable ones can do everything, while the useless ones cannot even operate a projector.
If you are someone who can do everything, all the work will end up on your shoulders, forcing you to work yourself to death.
The workload is distributed extremely unevenly. Some people watch YouTube and play video games, while others work crazy amounts of overtime every day.
Meetings are all about discussing trivial matters. If the supervisor is in a bad mood that day, they may even put on a live performance of losing control emotionally.
The company's own advertising billboards seem to be cursed; one or two of them will always break down. When clients ask about it, all we can do is make up ridiculous excuses. Asking the engineers to handle it is useless too—they simply cannot fix them.
When problems arise, no improvements are made. The same mistakes are repeated over and over, wasting everyone's time and, in the process, driving clients crazy.
# If you have thick enough skin, can act like an idiot without caring what others think, then welcome aboard—you have the potential to become a supervisor.
# If you are a normal person, don't bother trying. This place is not suitable for normal people.
