The company location is fairly lively, with plenty of food nearby, so there's no need to worry.
The interviewer seemed condescending and kept firing off questions aggressively and relentlessly.
They first asked a bunch of questions related to the job and the industry.
Then they started probing into my personal and family background, saying that the company is like a small family and therefore needs to understand its employees' circumstances.
Basically, the job operates under a responsibility-based system. Honestly, if you need to report overtime, they hope you will have dinner first before working overtime; if you want to work overtime directly, you also have to report it in advance.
The position I applied for suddenly became three different positions as the interviewer explained it.
It initially seemed like they would kindly adjust the role based on your experience and circumstances, but after saying all that, they claimed they couldn't offer the expected salary because I lacked sufficient experience.
The most classic question was: What did you gain from traveling abroad?
But I felt that what the interviewer actually wanted to know was whether I would take long vacations abroad and affect work progress.
The salary range listed on 104 is very broad, but it felt like they were only willing to offer the minimum salary.
Overall, it felt like a traditional, old-fashioned company that expects employees to do a lot of things but is unwilling to offer corresponding compensation.
