I originally didn’t want to leave a comment, but seeing that there are still so many lost lambs, I’ll offer a brief warning.

Simply put, if you don’t understand accidents, don’t know how to read your supervisor’s mood, don’t know how to flatter your supervisor, or don’t want to participate in company activities after work, it will basically be very difficult for you to survive here. Even if you do survive, your chance of making it through the first year is only around 10%–30%, unless you have a skill that the company absolutely cannot do without. However, even if you keep to yourself and do your job properly, there is still a high chance that colleagues or coworkers from other departments will set a trap for you. Usually, you won’t know how you died until the day you are laid off; at most, you will only learn the reason after leaving, when former colleagues tell you. The main issue is that there are too many rumors in the company, and senior managers do not bother to distinguish right from wrong. With colleagues setting traps and others spreading rumors, the mortality rate is one hundred percent.

The company has a very high turnover rate, but it doesn’t seem to cause any problems, because they believe there will always be someone better to come in and fill the vacancy.
