Pros
The company’s systems are well established, and the benefits are pretty good.
For an engineering company, the seniority-based benefits and annual leave are quite good.
The year-end bonus is also substantial—at least over NT$10,000—rather than simply giving out a NT$500 red envelope and calling it a day.
The salary is negotiable.
It is based entirely on ability.
Those who are not strong enough will not receive a high salary.
The company cares about the morale of outstanding employees.
That is fairer.
Cons
The work location is not fixed.
You have to change construction sites.
