They call it flexible working hours, but in reality they use it to avoid paying overtime. The flexible working-hours arrangement is barely used more than a few times a month—two times at most. Overtime is routine: sometimes until eight or nine at night, and sometimes until eleven or twelve. Supervisors like to assign work in group chats regardless of whether it is during working hours, after hours, or on holidays. There is no dinner provided for overtime, so employees have to pay out of pocket to buy dinner. The late-night snacks are nowhere near enough to fill you up. I suggest looking for other ODM companies with better benefits.
