The manager in charge of security is very problematic. Every day, they require a report nearly half an hour before the end of the workday. They tell you every day that your progress is fine and that you are doing a good job, and you submit everything on time. However, they give you a poor performance review privately during the probation period. It is difficult to break into the small clique formed by the manager, the senior employee, and the only remaining colleague. You may inexplicably be made the scapegoat and dismissed. I recommend not working under this manager, who appears broad-minded but is actually narrow-minded. Their mood is unpredictable and they are difficult to work with.
