Um... salaries are paid on time, and the coworkers are easy to get along with.
The boss is by far the biggest problem in the whole company.
1) If he wants to eat with everyone, you still have to take the initiative to invite him.
2) If he dislikes an employee, he will not say so directly; he will discuss it with other employees.
3) He likes to avoid clarifying design requirements and tells the designers to create whatever he likes. He gets upset when questioned, and in the end, when the client gives feedback, he makes major changes all over again. Just the revisions alone can go on forever ^^ Great job.
4) The designs also have to accommodate the boss’s strange style, which makes things extremely difficult.
5) He acts on impulse, does things first and reports afterward, and does whatever he feels like doing.
6) He is very good at making grand promises; after joining, you discover that things are nothing like what he said.
7) The investments he promises are all fake investments; he is only willing to spend money when it benefits him.
8) He appears very sincere and puts a lot of effort into appearances, but over time you will see his true character.
