Colleagues get along well, and when rushing to meet a tender deadline, everyone can enjoy the sunrise together.
You often have to design the brief yourself, and things change or are requested on a whim, so you often end up doing work for nothing. You can't eat your three meals at regular times, and you can never predict when you'll finish work each day or whether you'll have a day off to rest each week. Overtime pay is difficult to claim. Oh! Internships are apparently just about being a free, useful gofer.
