The company benefits are good, including an afternoon tea snack bar.
The company is in complete disarray, and people are leaving one after another. I also changed jobs recently.
The newly appointed CTO seems to be someone who is very good at internal power struggles, and some previously good colleagues have also left.
I heard that the managers of other departments have also been driven out through these power struggles.
Requirements are managed from a technology-centered perspective, with little understanding of operational needs.
They were not originally from the industry either, and cannot articulate anything particularly reasonable or directionally meaningful.
