Pros

The new office is very large and beautiful. There is coffee to drink at work, and pizza is often available.

Cons

We have to take turns doing chores. If you don't answer the phone within three rings, you'll get lectured. If you don't respond to a customer's question right away, you'll also get lectured. It's very different from the service industry job I had before.
