Encountering a supervisor who shirks responsibility is truly astonishing.

When asked whether I would accept severance, they privately said they did not recommend accepting it because it would affect my résumé.

It was simply speechless.

Most astonishing of all, the employee agreed to the severance, but the company ultimately decided not to dismiss the employee after all.

They were basically playing games with people.

They would also tell senior management that a certain employee was lax in management, yet whenever a problem arose, they would hurriedly ask that same employee for help.

Only to discover in the end that it was all a misunderstanding.

Then they started shirking responsibility again.

Things they pounded their chest and guaranteed would often end up being botched, after which they tried to brush them off as though nothing had happened.

The supervisor wanted to resign without telling senior management, yet before the year-end bonus was distributed, they informed senior management that the employee would resign at the beginning of the year.

They even self-righteously claimed that employee changes were naturally supposed to be reported to senior management.

Yet the supervisor themselves said nothing about their own resignation.

They even pounded their chest and guaranteed that they absolutely would not resort to petty tricks.

After hearing all this, I was truly speechless.......
