Pros
During the interview, they will tell you where you performed poorly and what needs improvement.
Cons
The advantages are also the disadvantages: they complain that you are not outstanding enough, and that fresh graduates should be ready to contribute immediately (because we are a startup, so money has to be spent where it counts?).
