I spent half an hour the day before preparing information to help the interview go smoothly.

Absolutely ridiculous. I rode for an hour to get there, and after I finished introducing myself, they asked me if I had any questions. They had no intention of introducing the company at all! They didn’t really want to answer my questions, and they didn’t explain the salary structure either. It was very rushed and a waste of time—the entire process lasted less than 10 minutes. I suggest that anyone considering interviewing there think twice...!
