Currently, I can't really think of any advantages.
The overall company atmosphere is poor, with colleagues scheming against one another and intense competition between departments for leads.
The boss's management style tends to focus on blaming people, with almost no encouragement. It is assumed that doing one's job is simply what one should do.
In terms of salary, although it is considered quite good in the industry,
a closer look reveals that the company has many rules that deduct from performance bonuses.
Take returns as an example: the deduction for returned goods is greater than the commission originally earned from shipping them out.
Those who care a lot about the bonus system should take note.
This company has many unwritten rules.
You may be required to conduct business on holidays, and those who do not may be questioned during meetings;
or, for the daily reports that must be submitted, the unwritten rule is that they cannot be sent too early.
They are often submitted in the early hours of the morning because people are afraid the company will assume they left work too early.
Those who care about keeping work and non-work hours clearly separate should also take note.
Overall, this is a company with a relatively traditional mindset.
