1. Suitable for beginners to come here to hone their skills.
2. Overtime at night comes with an extra NT$80. There is no time limit on how late you have to work, so you can eat your fill, take it easy for a while, and then leave.
3. Coworkers are easy to get along with, and the HR staff are friendly and kind <3
4. There is a kitchen, microwave, and rice cooker, so you can prepare your own lunch.
1. Compared with other companies, there are zero benefits here... (no year-end bonus or company annual banquet). P.S. The annual banquet is organized by the coworkers themselves~ (sigh)
2. No salary increases whatsoever (When joining the company, they will ask about your desired salary. It is recommended that you say as high as possible; the boss's wife will bargain it down to an average amount.)
3. A daily report system (you have to type in something even when there is nothing to report)
Aside: The company is currently undergoing a transformation and is expected to start recruiting in July or August.
