The female headhunter I worked with was very attractive and had a great figure.
1. To put it nicely, they are called headhunters; to put it bluntly, they really are no different from staffing agencies, just as many netizens have said, regardless of the position or skill level.
Therefore, if you are contacted about a job, remember to do your homework so you do not end up being sent into a temp role when you were clearly looking for a permanent position.
2. Many of the HR staff at this company are extremely unprofessional. << After checking, I found that several of the HR representatives I worked with did not have HR backgrounds at all.
Some had switched from engineering or other industries. Their professional expertise had little to do with HR....
(I'm speechless. They clearly came just to earn bonuses.
"Almost" all of them introduce candidates with a spray-and-pray approach.
As long as you get the job, they receive a bonus. They do not care at all about the type of position the candidate is seeking.
If your skills match 50%–60% of the requirements, they will ask you to attend an interview. Whether you get the job or not, this company simply does not care.
If you get hired, they profit; if you do not, they lose nothing. It is essentially a cost-free business.
I asked the representative about details related to the position, and the Adecco representative actually told me that they did not know and that I would find out at the interview.
<<<They do not even know the job details, yet they dare to recommend people like this.. WTF....???
3. They do not help job seekers obtain the salary they deserve; they actually take the initiative to cut the salary on behalf of the company.
When Adecco initially posted the position, the salary was only below 1 million. However, based on my many years of experience, the job responsibilities were almost all at a salary level above 1 million. <<< Many of them were positions at foreign companies.
I asked the representative why the salary level was so low, but they said a bunch of irrelevant nonsense to cover up their intention to cut the salary.
All I can say is that capable job seekers really should not waste their time working with this company. You can negotiate better on your own than this company can negotiate for you.
