At first, I felt that the Aiken staffing specialist was very responsible. They also reminded me to revise the weaker parts of my résumé. The general manager was okay, but was pregnant. Since Maolin is located in the Tongluo Technology Park, it was quite clean and bright.
On average, each person has to spend an entire afternoon interviewing. And if this is clearly a temporary staffing position, why are you nitpicking over everything? How cheap do you want your workers to be?
Someone in the middle became unhappy and left immediately.
Damn, it is clearly a fixed-term contract position, and I did not see them hiring full-time employees either. What is the point of doing this?
The quality assurance supervisor asked: Have you ever worked the night shift?
I answered that I had worked a two-days-on, two-days-off schedule, so I had worked night shifts before. Then he said they needed employees to work four days on, two days off, or even five days on, two days off.

I answered: Yes, that is very simple. I wrote measurement programs at XXX Company.
They asked whether I smoked, because the factory area was very large and the job required long periods of sitting or standing; just walking to the smoking area took five minutes.
I said that I did not smoke and had no other bad habits.
Then he said that their busy season lasted until November. The quality assurance supervisor also said they needed employees to work four days on, two days off, or even five days on, two days off. My concern is that since this is a temporary staffing position, even if I tough it out until November, they might make major staff cuts, and there would be no year-end bonus, so there is a high chance they would definitely cut you.
Salary offered:
Day shift (160*8+200*2)*20 = 33,600
Night shift (190*8+230*2)*20 = 39,600
They also did not provide bonuses for the three major holidays.
With this kind of arrangement, can I take leave whenever I want?
