The company pays salaries regularly.
1. The company has IT staff, but the systems are very poor and the connection is slow. Work often comes to a standstill after virus infections.
2. The company's internal processes are cumbersome, making internal coordination more difficult than external coordination.
3. When support is requested, upper management often reads the messages but does not respond.
4. During the interview, I was told there would be no probationary period, and there would also be no salary adjustment after starting work. You have to seek it yourself and see whether there is an opportunity for a raise (the chances are extremely slim, and even if you get one, the increase is small).
