The HR person at this company was unbelievable. Instead of conducting the interview herself, she only arranged for the department manager to interview me. But what was even more absurd was that she had the wrong candidate's résumé (I was A, but she had B's résumé); she also didn't know what position the candidate was applying for.

It's unbelievable for a multinational company to have an HR person who is this out of touch.
