Come on, I was one of the designers three years ago.
When I was about to resign because of the company’s philosophy and the long-term exploitation,
I also discovered that the company had altered its rules.
The original rule was that after completing two years of employment, it counted as completing the required service period, and you did not have to reimburse the travel expenses.
I had worked there for one year and seven months, so proportionally I should have had to pay 25%.
However, when I resigned, I discovered that the rule had been changed to “two years after the employee trip.”

(The boss said he could not afford to pay, but wore an expensive watch.) Taking leave would also be held against you.
One of the three shareholders is useless and does nothing but hold everyone back. I have no idea how he has managed to survive. In short, stay away from this company and let the market eliminate it.
