Cons
The boss wasn’t on-site, and HR said they would arrange a time for a second interview after the boss returned.
A few days later, when I followed up, they simply said I had not advanced to the second interview.
What was the reason? They gave excuses such as organizational restructuring... and so on.
What a ridiculous situation.
