First, I took a test. I didn’t find it difficult; it was roughly at a junior or senior high school level. After completing it, I spoke with the manager for two to three hours. I had a very pleasant conversation with the manager (I think it depends on the department). They treated the interviewee with great respect and were very straightforward about the job duties and pressure, rather than trying to lure people in under false pretenses. It feels like a company that values talent, where hard work receives tangible rewards. However, they also do not shy away from saying that the pressure is very high, so it is best to have enthusiasm for and be mentally prepared for the financial investment trust industry.

There are two rounds of interviews. Some of the test questions were somewhat ambiguous, and I felt that multiple answers could be justified.
