好棒棒創意股份有限公司
Pros

1. Well-equipped with work tools. Every designer gets a main monitor plus a drawing monitor, while animators can have two monitors plus a drawing monitor. As long as there is a reasonable work-related need, you can request it.

2. The company is willing to invest in its employees. In addition to professional development, requests for the company to purchase books or plugins are approved very quickly. They have tried to let designers spend their time on design rather than mechanical operations.

3. Short working hours. The scheduled hours are 10:00–18:00, but 1.5 hours of that is lunch break, so the actual daily working time is only 6.5 hours.

4. If you go out to lunch with the boss, the boss will treat you. If you do not want to go, you only need to say that you will eat later. (You can also bring your own lunch and heat it up in the microwave.)

5. Although the boss studied medicine, they have knowledge of typography, layout, design, animation, programming, and law (a true top student...). They also continue to follow new information. If an employee is discussing new technology, the boss may crouch beside them and listen (if there is no chair to pull over, or if they are standing).

6. The design team has a strong voice. There are project managers dedicated to dealing with clients and sending work to print. If overtime is needed to complete a project (overtime pay is provided), the project manager will usually ask rather than demand it. (If no one internally has time, they may look for an external contractor.)

7. Menstrual leave is available (not for men, of course).

Cons

1. Most commercial work is bought out by clients, so relatively few projects can be made public. Hopefully there will be more self-initiated projects that can be publicly released in the future.

2. The boss wears many hats (in addition to running the company, they also handle copywriting, academia, creative direction, and so on). Although purchases can be approved very quickly, things that cannot be implemented immediately (such as process improvements) may take a long time to be carried out.

3. (Not sure whether this counts as a disadvantage.) You need to be willing to strive and learn. Taking animators as an example, they need to know how to use plugins and expressions to improve efficiency and further enhance quality. The company even has internally developed plugins to simplify the process of adding subtitles. People who only rely on manually entering keyframes cannot stay. In the past, an animator was actually fired for refusing to learn.
