There were probably two interviewers who asked me to share my previous work experience and why I wanted to apply for this position. They briefly explained the job duties, working hours, labor and health insurance, and similar matters, but nothing else in particular. (I saw the marketing form, but they didn’t specifically ask any questions about it.)
Several people were writing their résumés at the same time.
I applied for a business administration assistant position. In addition to the basic résumé, there was also a marketing staff interview form with questions such as how you would market a particular product. Another interviewee asked whether this needed to be completed, and the receptionist said to fill it out, even though I wasn’t applying for a marketing position....
The office had an open-plan layout with shared desks. The employees interacted with one another, and the atmosphere seemed acceptable. However, while I was filling out the form, the person next to me seemed to be turning the lights on and off for photography, which did not feel very good.
