Cons
Regular overtime under a responsibility-based system, with no overtime pay
There are quarterly bonuses, but lower-level employees don't receive much
Managers are extremely busy and barely able to protect themselves, so don't expect them to help handle issues
The HR staff look very unfriendly; when you ask them something, they are reluctant to help and may even roll their eyes at you
