1. During the interview, they said it was a very open company that valued communication, but in reality, these were just superficial words. There is absolutely no communication internally; people not only engage in office politics but also never adopt any suggestions, wasting time every day. If you have ideas, keep them to yourself.
2. The company has no systems or direction. Basically, everything is decided by the top boss or managers, regardless of whether there are principles or reasons behind it. They claim to offer end-to-end operations, but if you cannot handle or are not skilled in certain areas, you will be accused of lacking ambition and the ability to learn.
3. The arrogant female manager absolutely does not know how to be a manager. She cannot lead people, speaks rudely and obnoxiously, is insincere, illogical, and incompetent (how she became a manager is also a mystery). She only orders others around while actually knowing nothing herself. If you ask her about something, you will basically only get snapped at, and she will not answer you directly either (perhaps she simply does not know how to answer because she is incompetent). If she “cares” about you, I’m sorry, but it is all superficial posturing—like a cat mourning a mouse; your life or death has nothing to do with her. This person is the top boss’s favorite, so be careful. In other words, working with her is very painful.
4. Salaries are not paid on time, which is outrageous. If you want to receive your salary on time every month, I recommend that you do not come here.
5. The company calls itself an e-commerce business, but it has virtually no operating model or direction, and the division of internal responsibilities is unclear. There are endless reports to submit, making it impossible to carry out any important work, while managers think you are slacking off.
6. The top boss has severe obsessive-compulsive tendencies, so I recommend taking this into consideration before joining the team. There must not be anything on the office desk, chairs must always be properly positioned, and if a gap appears between desks when they are being used, you must immediately push them back into place... This is just the tip of the iceberg.
7. Decisions change from one day to the next, benefits are merely an illusion, and there is no clear salary review mechanism. This is a company that knows very well how to exploit its employees.
The company keeps replying to other comments that it will review the situation, but it remains completely unmoved. If you are capable and have ideas, you definitely will not be happy at this company or be able to realize your potential. Do not even hope to gain any new knowledge.
