The supervisors are all very good at bullshitting; they’re world-class at running their mouths.
During the interviews, the supervisors were all very good at painting rosy pictures, saying things like the evaluation-based salary would definitely be NT$40,000 and that the work would be simple, blah blah blah. It was all an illusion.
Then there were a bunch of vague clauses in the contract, and after joining, the company gave them different interpretations.
The job duties agreed upon at the beginning were also increased for no reason. The company’s inadequate internal staffing was a problem that employees from different departments had to fill in for. If they couldn’t fill the gap well enough or were dissatisfied, they would even be mocked.
The supervisors don’t know how to do anything; they slack off all day, hiding in their offices. When something goes wrong, they each try to evade responsibility, while they’re the first to jump out and take credit whenever there’s something beneficial.
They say using your phone during work is forbidden, yet openly take selfies or video-chat with family and friends.
There’s too much to list.
Now they also use all kinds of lousy excuses to dock performance bonuses. Performance evaluations are opaque and there are no standards at all.
Oh, and docking performance bonuses for menstrual leave violates the Labor Standards Act.
