The supervisors are all very good at bullshitting; they’re number one at empty talk.
During the interviews, the supervisors were all very good at painting rosy pictures, saying things like the salary would definitely be at least 40,000, the work would be simple, blah blah blah. It was all an illusion.
Then there were a bunch of vague clauses in the contract, and after I joined, the company had different interpretations of them.
The work tasks we initially agreed on were also increased for no reason. The company’s insufficient internal staffing was instead something employees in different departments had to make up for. If we couldn’t do it well or expressed dissatisfaction, we would be mocked.
The supervisors never do any work; they loaf around all day hiding in their offices. When something goes wrong, they each hide from responsibility, but when there’s credit to claim, they’re the first to jump out and take it.
They say employees aren’t allowed to use their phones during work, yet they openly take selfies or video-chat with family and friends.
The list goes on and on.
Now they’re also using all sorts of ridiculous excuses to dock performance evaluations. The performance evaluation process is completely opaque and has no standards at all.
Oh, and docking performance evaluations for menstrual leave violates the Labor Standards Act.
