1. The number of days off is better than in the general service industry. Store employees’ days off follow the “days off when public holidays are red on the calendar” practice, except that they are scheduled as days off. Employees rotate between morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Compared with the general food and beverage industry, the vacation benefits are very good. Overtime pay is also provided based on clock-in records (without any multiplier). Food service store employees receive staff meals, a one-month year-end bonus, and an annual year-end dinner. / Other benefits are quite limited: there are no gifts or cash bonuses for the three major festivals or birthdays. /

2. Employees are not yelled at. Forgetting to turn off the air conditioning is common, and employees are not fined through salary deductions for such incidents. If an account is totaled incorrectly, employees generally do not have to pay out of pocket unless the mistake is too serious.
