For a small real estate agency, having a base salary is quite good.
1. The company's policies are very confusing. Often, after establishing a presence in one area, sales staff are asked to switch to another area.
2. Sometimes, because of the boss's wishes, employees are "forced to resign" or "transferred to the high-specialization system."
3. The company has no standardized training, so new employees sometimes have differing levels of understanding of the situations they will face.
