The supervisor described the work environment as flexible, with a hands-off management style. Overtime pay is handled entirely according to the Labor Standards Act. Working hours generally do not exceed the 46 hours stipulated by the Labor Standards Act; even if they do exceed that limit, employees are paid, but the timesheet can only record 46 hours.
The salary amount and payment method were explained very clearly during the interview.
Some employees have worked there for over 20 years, and the company has many professional certifications.
The company environment seems nice, with bright natural lighting.
The interview process was intermittent because the supervisor was rushing to prepare a tender and had not prepared the candidate's résumé.
Regarding my own gap year, the interviewer said they did not mind and did not consider it a waste of time.
If the weather is clear, with no wind or rain, during a typhoon holiday, the company considers employees required to work or requires them to make up the working day later.
The company does not use the certifications, so it does not provide additional compensation for them, and it also does not want employees to seek other uses for them.
