The work is split between the third and first floors. The colleagues and section chief on the third floor are pretty good and will teach you things. (But I rarely went to the third floor.)
Unfortunately, I was assigned to the first floor, where there was no private space in the work environment. Whether senior colleagues would guide you depended on whether you had a connection with them. Since I had not been with the company long, only the supervisor and the owner were left; everyone else had already left. The big boss was all talk and would verbally humiliate people (though I heard he has toned it down a lot). The supervisor also would not train new employees (probably afraid of being replaced). In the end, I felt that I had not learned much and had wasted my time, so I resigned.
