瑞郡國際有限公司
Pros

(Currently renamed Rui Jian International)

- The clothing industry is very interesting

- Free air conditioning in the office

Cons

Most of the drawbacks come from the boss.

- The boss is not an authoritative person; she simply keeps conveying the message that she is the founder of the company.

- The weekly meetings are completely useless.

- There are fewer than about eight people in the small office, yet it has eight cameras installed.

- The company benefits offer absolutely no advantages, except for being able to purchase the company's own brands at employee prices.

- The boss likes to paint a rosy picture and give the company a vision, but her promises have never been fulfilled.

- She treats outsiders better than her own employees. When there is a conflict of interest, she only thinks of herself, both professionally and personally.

- The boss does not know how to hire suitable people, so the office is full of inexperienced employees.

- The boss has no idea what she is doing and always makes the wrong decisions, but employees must bear the consequences.

- The boss is a Leo with a queen-like demeanor; she likes to humiliate and insult you until you admit your mistake and apologize to her.

- The company has no budget—not even for basic Facebook ads or professional photography.

- The boss likes to pry into employees' privacy and even pressures you to join all the company's private groups that do not include her.

- She does not listen to employees' suggestions; only her own ideas are completely correct.

- Although the company is an agent for American streetwear brands, it has no brand culture at all, especially because of the boss.

- Remember to update your Trello daily/weekly.

- The boss is a bottom-tier manager who insists on handling every matter, big or small, herself and expects subordinates to follow suit; she has neither authority nor credibility.

- Although the boss is rarely in Taiwan, she micromanages and closely monitors and controls you.

- She frequently invests in meaningless things, causing the company to lose money.

- Lack of ability is not a problem—as long as you praise her more at the right times, obey her, and give her an out, you can earn a high salary.

- All credit must go to the boss, even when she has done nothing.
