Suitable for people who want to experience how harsh the workplace can be and how much public institutions can take advantage of you.
It will also greatly improve your speaking skills, as well as your ability to speak ambiguously.
This company basically has only one rule:
"Whatever the vice president says." Regardless of what the previous rules were or how things were done, the vice president's word is everything.
The manager's ability: 100 points; ability to lead people: 0 points.
On top of that, the way they speak is extremely sarcastic and cutting—very unpleasant.
They have very little trust in subordinates and are suspicious of everything.
If you ask them about something, they will first berate you, then say a bunch of irrelevant things, and finally send you back without telling you the answer.
The most common response is:
"Have you read the project plan?"
When you first start working there, they will only tell you to read the project plan and give you a "brief overview" once.
They believe that, upon joining the team, you must thoroughly read and understand the entire project plan; anything you "haven't read thoroughly" is considered your problem.
Their ethics are also questionable. What they tell you will differ from what they actually do, and they never tell you what is really going on.
They will tell you to work until a certain date, and then, with only a few days left, have you use up all your annual leave. In reality, they are helping an employee who is about to resign terminate their insurance early, then cashing out all of that employee's unused annual leave.
In short, this company is not suitable for staying at long term, and it is completely unable to retain new employees.
People usually submit their resignations after working there for only around one or two years.
