None at all
There is an utterly outrageous CFO and general manager who micromanage even the most trivial matters. They also make employees—especially those in the x department—take on many tasks outside their areas of expertise. If you ask the CFO what to do when you don’t know how, she’ll tell you to just use what the previous person did as a template. Overtime cannot be compensated with time off, because she’ll say, “Why do you need to work overtime to finish it?” So no one dares request overtime pay or compensation for overtime work~
Whenever she thinks of something she wants, you have to give it to her immediately; otherwise, the phone just keeps ringing and ringing. She knows everyone is very busy but still refuses to let up and demands it right away. So why does everyone have to work overtime to finish their routine duties?
Even more ridiculous, she actually had the nerve to wrap free movie tickets donated by the employee welfare committee as a red envelope and give them to newly hired employees who had not received a year-end bonus. The employees who received them really didn’t know whether to say thank you or cry~
Although it is a publicly listed game company, its business philosophy and management style are just as old-fashioned as those of a traditional industry. Every morning, HR has to promptly go to the workstations to check who hasn’t shown up. What game company does this @@
Anyway, if you have any other option, don’t come here under any circumstances… especially the x department.
This company doesn’t even sign employment contracts when you join. Why? Because if the position and job responsibilities were clearly written in a contract, those two people wouldn’t be able to make you handle this and that. They really like keeping the employee system vague…
