The supervisors love to make grand promises and enjoy being flattered. The less capable someone is, the more likely they are to cling to those in power—and their promotion will be as fast as a rocket. You are often targeted over trivial matters, after which the supervisor will join forces with their lackeys to ostracize you, using criticism of your shortcomings to make you realize that you are actually incompetent. Having this job is something you should truly be grateful for, as if you must have burned incense to earn blessings in your previous life. They create the illusion of being peaceful and harmonious, while in reality sparing no effort to stab people in the back. If you consider yourself capable of saving the world, you are strongly encouraged to enter this bottomless abyss and experience a working life overflowing with negative emotions.
