Pros
The only advantage is that there are many disadvantages.
Cons
The twin bosses are notorious in the industry for being harsh on employees. They dock pay for being late, pay extremely low wages in violation of the Labor Standards Act, and do not provide chairs for employees working at department store counters or for customers. Employee turnover is quite high.
