They ask you to fill out a bunch of information, including whether you are willing to stay for an hour of training after work.
They can spend half an hour asking you questions just to invite you to an interview! The interview itself also involved an hour of questions. Even after I was hired but decided not to go, they kept pressing me about where I would be working instead, relentlessly asking questions. It felt terrible.
