Pros
You can hone your skills here, but staying for long is not recommended.
Cons
The costs of the company-provided cookies and snacks are deducted from employees’ salaries—you only find out when you receive your payslip. When workplace sexual harassment occurs, it is also suppressed and brushed off. It is completely useless; you can only fend for yourself and leave. Take care of your own health, and get regular checkups every year (the company does not care whether you live or die).
