If you’re in the wrong department, nobody cares about you, and you also have to endure verbal bullying from senior employees. When you can’t take it anymore and talk back, you’re told that you have poor emotional management. Going to your supervisor only gets you “mm-hmm, okay, okay, don’t overthink it.” I’m still employed here, but I no longer want to stay with the company. Oh, and one more thing!
