Colleagues get along well and support and grow together.
The boss places very little value on professionalism, knows almost nothing about the company’s business, and prioritizes personal emotions when handling matters while ignoring the actual issues. The company’s goals and direction are completely unclear.
Employee turnover is extremely high. Many employees are dismissed because of the boss’s personal emotional issues, and afterward the boss discusses departing employees in front of the entire staff. In most cases, however, they did not leave because of work-related misconduct.
Overall, the boss expects employees to handle translation, editing, graphic design, and other duties while paying them an administrative staff salary. The boss shows considerable disrespect for professional expertise, criticizes others based on personal emotions in every matter, and immediately dismisses employees when things do not go their way. Job seekers are advised to consider this carefully.
