1. Salaries are often paid late and are almost never paid on time.
2. There are no holiday bonuses, employee training, or employee trips, but there is a one-month year-end bonus.
3. I once worked overtime for a total of six hours over two days but could not claim overtime pay. Even when converted to compensatory leave, I was given only two hours; the rest was completely written off. This seriously violates the Labor Standards Act.
4. A certain department manager tells colleague A that colleague B is incompetent and useless, then dumps entire projects they cannot handle on employees. If the work cannot be completed, it is the employee’s problem—too bad, deal with it! They have no idea that colleagues pass these comments around privately.
5. The Yunlin headquarters has huge ambitions and wants to do everything, yet it is far away in its ivory tower and out of touch with the people, resulting in poor coordination between the north and south. The people below are worked to death.
6. The person with the assistant title is the oldest, but they ask for help with all sorts of miscellaneous tasks they are responsible for, such as cleaning and moving goods. However, when it comes to projects or design within your own responsibilities, they cannot empathize or help you share the workload. In the end, delays in deliverables are blamed on these inexperienced newcomers.
7. Finally, my advice is: if you can avoid going there, do not join. You will absolutely regret it. Not to mention elsewhere, the northern office alone has lost more than three employees within less than a year (the entire office only has five or six people). Positions for the new brand are still open, so please think carefully before going.
