Pros: Just like this company’s future... .....can’t find any.
The boss really has no idea what you’re doing; all they can do is talk.
Whenever they lose their temper, they berate employees, insisting on showing off the distinction between subordinates and superiors.
When you have no professional ability and only a mouth, yet don’t know how to get along with employees properly,
Does yelling at employees here and there make them work more efficiently? Do people work faster when they’re in a bad mood?
Will this give the company any sense of unity?? Do you understand communication???
No wonder this is a company with an extremely high turnover rate. Who could stand it??
Even if someone manages to stay, sooner or later your terrible emotional intelligence will drive them away.
